Ease of access to Wifi. Excellent suite with great views from the balcony.
No television signal in Suite 219 for the duration of the stay. Found the lack of a plug for the hand basin a little disconcerting, as I still shave with a blade not an electric razor.

The hotel was unique, really enjoyed city view from our superior king room. The staff was competent and attentive, offered friendly services. The property's location was great, close enough to bike path, many restaurants and bars. Spent our evenings in nearby The Wise Restaurant & Bar enjoying drinks and atmosphere.

Great design. Great location.
Room cleaning was not equal to hotel's level. My husband's face mask for a medical device was left on the floor. Coffee pods we used were not replaced.

Found the contemporary decor to be appealing. Loved the full body shower! Location is great and can only imagine on game day this is a hot place!
Concrete floors were cold...the hard surfaces in the room made it noisy and cold feeling...the outside noise was awful...from the music from the party rooms to the truck traffic on the street.

A very stylish hotel with big modern bathrooms and a really great shower the rains down on you and also has settings that will spray you from head to toe.
I found the bed - basically a king-sized fouton, not to be to my liking. Not enough support. Plus the pillows were much to high making it hard to get a comfortable sleep.
